Products

All products are handmade in small batches; slight variations in colour, texture, size and scent strength between items are natural and not considered defects.

Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors, with a full refund.

Payments

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and wallets via Razorpay, as well as Cash on Delivery where available. Orders are confirmed only once payment is authorized.

Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or use the site for any unlawful purpose. All content on this site — text, images, logos — is owned by Vana Soma and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

Vana Soma products are for external use unless otherwise stated on the label. Please review the ingredients list for known allergens before use. We are not liable for adverse reactions arising from misuse or undisclosed allergies.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
